Welcome to Sizewell Sea Sauna, a relaxing, restorative outdoor experience on the Suffolk coast.

Inspired by Scandinavian sauna culture, but very much shaped by our connection to East Suffolk, the aim is to create a space where people can slow down in nature, spending time together in meaningful way and enjoy all the health benefits sauna brings.

At its heart, the experience is uncomplicated: steady wood-fired heat, fresh coastal air, and the option of a sea dip. It’s the contrast between warm and cold, inside and outside, that makes it special, along with the chance to sit, take in the view and properly switch off for a while
